| Parcels, Ingress and Egress |
Entrances and exits from the park are at the northeast and southwest corners. One-acre parcels are oriented along each side of the main industrial park access road, north to south.
A second parallel road bisects a larger lot of approximately 30 acres which occupies the west boundary and a single, contiguous seven acre lot spans the south boundary.
New utility vaults and service entrances are located near the northeast entrance. |
| Solar/Alternative Energy Options |
| The unobstructed position of the park along with year-round sunshine make supplimental solar power an attractive and welcome option for industrial park structures. Due to the proximity of the airport, FAA safety regulations only require that solar fixtures (and roofing materials in general) have a non-reflective surface. State tax incentives are available for business that install and use alternative energy sources. |
